Our client, a well-known company in the outsource industry has current vacancies for Greek speaking Customer Services and Sales Representatives within their contact centre. The right candidate is working in a vibrant office environment with growth opportunities, will service passengers abroad and will be responsible for their airline reservations and associated duties. If you want to be part of the customer’s journeys to their dream destinations than this is the right position for you!

Key Performance Areas:

  • Servicing passengers abroad and being responsible for their airline reservations and associated duties
  • Responding to incoming inquiries and questions of customers regarding their flights etc.
  • Handling complaints via the integrated telephone or computer system
  • Communicating information effectively in a friendly and supportive manner
  • Providing relevant information as an independent team member
  • Identify customers’ needs and offer personalized service
  • Maintain high standard of knowledge on all products

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Matric qualification
  • Previous customer service and sales experience required

Competencies required:

  • Native level fluency in Greek
  •  Excellent language skills in English
  •  Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Problem solving ability and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Open to Shift Work; hours dependant on department
  • Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
  • Stress tolerance – calm and methodical
  • Understands and values the commercial impact of decisions
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • Able to work shifts and make own transport arrangements
